Manal M. Abu Minshar holds her PhD from Yarmouk University –Jordan in 2012. She is now a lecturer at the College of Education at Hebron University since 2012 and the head of the department since 2016. Manal has worked as a teachers' trainer in the project of improving the quality of education ,and she has designed a lot of training modules for teachers . Manal participated in many Erasmus projects ,such as (RQTEPP TELTA) Raising the Quality of teacher education in Palestine through technology with Canterbury university ,also she is participating nowadays in the neurodevelopment project with Granada University. Manal also participated in many workshops to improve the quality of education and to develop the practicum . She Supervised many master degree students. Her research interests lie in the area of teaching methods and teachers' training
