The Ministry of Education and Higher Education congratulated Dr. Muhammad Al-Sir for receiving the award for the best doctorate presented in Turkish universities, according to the International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE).
In this context, the Minister of Education and Higher Education, Dr. Sabri Saidam said that this distinction embodies the image of the Palestinian who insists on success despite all the difficulties and challenges imposed by the occupation, adding, “All thanks to those who create glory and pride and triumph for their country with knowledge and knowledge. Congratulations on this distinction and creativity.”
The Minister added that “Education” will spare no effort to enhance the creative Palestinian presence at the regional and international levels, pointing out that the train of achievement and excellence has begun and will not stop despite all the difficulties facing the Palestinian people.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Al-Sir had received the Martyr Yasser Arafat Award for the best doctorate of the year 2017 and a scholarship from the Palestinian Shaqaq Al-Numan Cultural Foundation.
