In the years 1991-1993, Dr. Musallam worked as a consultant in the field of eye surgery at St. John's Hospital in Jerusalem, and between the years 1996-2000 he resided in the Musallam Medical Center for Ophthalmology in Ramallah, and he was also a pioneer in the field of laser eyeglass removal surgery during his years of work.
