Roberto Fabián Bishara Adawi, born on August 18, 1981, is a Chilean-Palestinian former footballer who played as a defender. After his playing career, he transitioned into coaching.
In his managerial career, he started with the Palestino youth ranks. He then served as the assistant coach for Nicolás Córdova and Omar Toloza. Bishara returned to work with youth categories, winning the 2022 Chilean Youth Championship at the under-17 level.
On a personal note, Roberto Bishara is a Palestinian Christian (Roman Catholic). His father and grandfather were born in Palestine.
