Today, Tuesday, Palestinian player Siham Al-Shweiki won the bronze medal in the Arab Judo Championship, which began this morning in Tunisia.
Siham, who participated in a Palestinian sports delegation, played her match in the 32 kg weight category against an Algerian player and won, while she lost her second match to a Tunisian player, which enabled her to obtain the bronze medal.
The activities of the Arab Judo Championship for champion clubs and teams began this morning, after it was officially opened yesterday, Monday.
A Palestinian delegation is participating, headed by Khaled Rumaila, and the membership of: Talin Hanan, a player, Muhammad Hanan, a companion, Nasr Al-Muhtasib, a media person, Qasim Abu Rumaila, a player, Wissam Abu Rumaila, an assistant coach, and Siham Shweiki, a player.
The Arab Championship continues until the sixth of this month.
