Mashhour bin Hassan bin Mahmoud Al Salman, nicknamed Abu Ubaida (born in 1380 AH - 1960 AD ), a Palestinian sheikh and investigator residing in Jordan . [1]

Sheikh Mashhour bin Hassan was born in Palestine in 1380 AH, corresponding to 1960 AD .
He grew up in a religiously conservative home. He and his family immigrated to Jordan in the year ( 1387 AH / 1967 AD ), as a result of the setback of 1967. He settled in Amman , and his secondary studies were there. He joined the College of Sharia in the year 1400 AH , in the Department of (Jurisprudence and its Principles), and devoted himself to the sciences of Sharia, studying , reading, and collecting; He read from Al-Majmu ’ by Al-Nawawi , Al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah , Tafsir Ibn Kathir , Tafsir Al-Qurtubi , Sahih Al-Bukhari explained by Al-Hafiz Al-Asqalani , Sahih Muslim explained by Al-Nawawi, and others.
