Abdul Majeed Mohammed Abdul Majeed Melhem (born August 15, 1977 ) is a Palestinian businessman and the CEO of the Palestine Telecommunications Group .  Melhem previously served as CEO of the Palestinian cellular communications company Jawwal ,  and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Electronic Payment Company, a member of the Board of Trustees of Hebron University ,  a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Palestine Development and Investment Company,  and a member of the Board of Directors of Arkan Real Estate Company,  in addition to being an executive member of the Palestinian Olympic Committee representing the central governorates .  He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Hebron University .
