Carlos Toma is a Chilean of Palestinian descent, a businessman and investor involved in a number of financial activities and in the development of banking services in Chile, as well as in the media and real estate sectors. He owns a controlling stake in the second largest media giant. He was chairman of the board of one of Chile's largest private banking institutions
and president of Banco Osorno, in addition to several other major companies in Chile.
