Ali Al-Ghoul is a Palestinian plastic artist (born in Silwan, Jerusalem in 1938). He studied in Jerusalem, Baquba, Iraq and Amman. Graduated from the School of Architecture in Florence. His works were shown in Baquba in 1951, Jerusalem in 1955, Kuwait in 1958 - 1967, Florence 64, 67, 69, 70, 1971, in Rome in 67, 1968, and in Amman 1967, 1971, 1972, 1974. He held thirteen personal exhibitions. He participated in more than sixty group exhibitions in Arab and European countries. He was awarded the Club Atticudi Prize - Rome 1968. The Municipal Prize of Florence, and was a student of the Lebanese artist Aref Al Rayes, during his stay in Florence. He received his PhD in 1983 from Britain. It has a geometric mystical direction in Hurufiyya, mastering the interaction with surfaces and colors.
