A Jordanian writer, critical, and a journalist from a Palestinian descent, born in 1954; studied Art at the UNRWA's Institute in Jordan 1975; received his BA in Business Administration from Beirut Arab University; Counseling and Guidance course from the UNRWA's Institute - UNESCO 2001, worked as a teacher for a long period at the UNRWA schools in Jordan, member of the Jordanian Writers Association 1984; member of the Jordan Environment Society. Abu Zbeid died of Nasopharynx cancer on 5 Feb 2009.
