he is a Jordanian/ Palestinian political activist since 1968. She is a member of the Jordanian Parliament and is the First Secretary of the Jordanian Democratic People’s Party. She is the second women to lead a Jordanian party in the history of political life in Jordan. She participated in many Arab and International conferences on women, politics and civil society. She is a researcher on Arab women affairs and writes political articles in many newspapers. She is member of the Jordanian Writers Association, member of the Executive Bureau of the Arab Women’ Union, member of the Secretariat General of the General Union of Palestinian Women and member of the International Bureau for Humanitarian NGOs.
