Saifeddin was born in the Village of Malka, Jordan in 1915; finished his secondary education in 1933; worked as a teacher, he then worked as a Sales and Procurement Manager; Human Resources Manager in the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) in Riyadh. After Al-Nakba, he resided in Jordan; he currently works as a building material trader in Zarqa.
