Born in Jerusalem 1876, finished his education in Jerusalem; studied Philosophy, History and languages. In 1909, he established Al-Dustureyyah School in Jerusalem; released Al-Dustur Magazine in 1913; retired in 1935 and lived in Jaffa. Husseini died in Gaza on 14 February 1952.
