Born in Beersheba 1958, finished his primary and secondary education in Kafr Qasim; he then moved to Germany in 1979; earned his PhD in International Law and Political Science from Frankfurt University 1990, lecturer at the Islamic College in Umm al-Fahm since 1990; a part-time lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
