A Palestinian storyteller, he was born in 1976. Samer received his Master's degree in Education and Educational Technology from America in 2010; another MA in Arabic Language and Literature from An-Najah National University, Palestine, 2001. Samer has been working as an Arabic Language teacher for Non-native Speakers in the United Sates since 2007; part-time lecturer for one semester at An-Najah National University in 2005 and Al-Quds University in 2002; tutor at the West Bank schools from 1889-5005.
