Yousif Mohmoud Al-Deek was born in Baqa al-Gharbiyeh, Haifa in 1959. Received a Licentiate in Law from Beirut Arab University in 1990. He worked at the Arab Bank (1982-2002) then as a public relations manager in a company. AL-Deek works and resides at the United Arab Emirates, member of the Jordanian Writers Association and Emirates Writers Union.
