Al Qasimi is currently working as an art instructor in several schools and centers in Jerusalem, Ramallah and Bethlehem. She received a BA in Art from Abu Dis University in 2005 and another in Biology in 2000. She has completed several courses in art and handicrafts locally and internationally. She has taken part in a number of group exhibitions in Bethlehem (2005); Jerusalem (2004-2005); and the United Nations Headquarters in New York (2004).
