Information
Poet, researcher and translator.
Born in the city of Nablus, Palestine.
He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Literature.
He worked in several jobs in his field of university specialization until the year (2000).
He moved to work at the Palestinian Poetry House, and devoted himself to poetic and literary work.
He worked as a cultural editor.
He has participated and continues to participate in numerous local, Arab and international conferences and seminars.
His poetic and prose texts have been translated into English, French, Bulgarian, Italian, Spanish and Persian.
Abdelmalek Essaadi University in Morocco named the Mohammed Helmi Al-Risha Prize for Young University Poets (2010).
He won the International Immigrant Award for Thought, Literature and Arts in Melbourne, Australia in the field of poetry for the year (2011).
