Information

A Palestinian poet and human rights activist from the village of Naqoura in the Nablus district. He worked as a cultural editor in the Kuwaiti press from 1980 to 1990, and as an editor in the Jerusalemite newspaper Al-Tali’ah from 1991 to 1995. He currently works at the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, is a member of the General Secretariat of the General Union of Palestinian Writers and Authors, and is responsible for the Committee on Public Freedoms and Resistance to Normalization. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ugarit Cultural Center and has several publications in poetry.
