Issam Muhammad Muslat (1971-) is a Palestinian historian born in Jericho , where he received his primary education at Al-Amari Boys' Elementary School and his secondary education at Ramallah Boys' Secondary School.
He obtained a BA from Birzeit University , majoring in History and Political Science , and a MA from the same university. He prepared two research papers, the first entitled "The Palestinian Industrial Sector 1948-1996", and the second entitled "The Relationship between the Hashemite Regime and the Zionist Movement ." He obtained a PhD from the University of Nilein in Sudan , on the subject of: "The All-Palestine Government and the Palestine Liberation Organization " in 2005.
