Information
the biography
A Palestinian poet, writer and voice actor, born in Beirut in 1972. He participated in many cultural and poetic evenings, intellectual and literary conferences. He returned to Lebanon in 1994 and stopped studying at Al-Fateh University in Libya due to the decisions that prevented the return of Palestinians who left Libya to it.
He was in his third year at the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, so he completed his studies at the Lebanese University in the Faculty of Arts, Department of Arabic Language, and obtained a bachelor's degree. He wrote the poetry collection (Butterfly Dance) in 1997, and (Sea Topography, Water Pains) in 2012. He also has a book on training in recitation.
He also wrote many programs, the most important of which are (And in Yourselves, Do You Not Think?), (Poets Who Mourned Themselves), and (The Funniest Animals in the World). His writings were linked to the land and homeland, and he nourished them with the element of myth, specifically with the elements of fertility and growth by employing the symbolism of water in human thought.
He participated in a number of judging committees, such as the judging committee of the Palestinian Poetry Competition in Lebanon, alongside poets Shawqi Bazie and Shahada Al-Khatib in 2009, the judging committee of the 10th Arab Radio Song Competition in Beirut, and the short story competition committee for Sidon school students, which was organized by the Nebras Cultural Foundation in 2014. He won the Palestine Prize for Culture in 2011 for his poem (Blue Timetables for the Pains of Water). He participated with his voice in Lebanese dubbing of films, series, and cartoons.
