Born in Jerusalem, he is a writer, screenwriter for theater and television, and a short story writer. He holds a master's degree in science and education, and a bachelor's degree in Arabic language and literature. Al-Sayed has worked with many theaters, including: Al-Hakawati, Anad, Al-Sanabel, Sakhnin Municipal, Akka, and Al-Mahbash. He is a member of many Jerusalem institutions and seminars, including: The Seventh Day Seminar, and the Jerusalem Cultural Salon.
He presented many theatrical works for children, including: “Planet of Happiness” and “Honey Bear”, and many theatrical works for adults, including: “Transit” and “Cemetery Guard”. He also presented many works for television, including: “Bab Al-Amoud series”.
Al-Sayed has won many awards, including: Best Theatrical Work Award in 2016 for the play “Ayesh”, Best Theatrical Work Award in 2017 for the play “North South Central”, and Best Theatrical Text Award from Sakhnin Municipal Theater in 2017. He has been honored on many occasions, including: Jerusalem Shield for Excellence at Al-Quds University, the Seventh Day Symposium, Silwan Community Center, Y Theater Association, Acre Theater, and the Cultural Complex in Nazareth.
