Information
Born and residing in Jerusalem. He worked as a journalist in most newspapers and magazines published in the country. He is the director of the Al-Hayat Media and Publishing Office, and one of the founders of the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate and the Palestinian Writers Union in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and the Seventh Day Symposium at the “Al-Hakawati” Theater.
He is a writer and critic, and has written about most of the plays that have been performed on stage since the seventies of the last century, and has written many literary critical articles. He has published: “Shrapnel and Flame”, “Poems about Renewed Love”, and a study entitled “Naji Al-Ali, a Fighting Artist” in collaboration with Dr. Ibrahim Al-Alam, as well as two books that included Naji Al-Ali’s caricatures. Al-Julani wrote political articles, and participated in political and cultural seminars and conferences at the local and international levels, as well as participating in many poetry evenings and various literary festivals.
