Information
Sadiq Joda (1938-) is a Palestinian historian born in the town of Zawata near Nablus . He studied primary school in the town of Beit Iba , and obtained his high school diploma in 1958. He then joined the Teachers' College at Hawara College in 1958-1960, and completed his university education at Alexandria University , where he obtained a BA in History in 1969. He then joined Al-Azhar University to obtain a master's degree , the subject of his thesis being (Islam in Crete) in 1975, and completed his studies at the same university in order to obtain a doctorate, the subject of which was the related one, in 1981.

Sadiq worked in the education sector where he taught in many schools and universities including:
Schools of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the period between (1960-1965).
Kuwait schools in the period between (1965-1983).
Kuwait University (1977-1978).
Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University (1983-1989).
Amman Private University 1990 to date.
Joudah also held the position of Dean at Hittin University College and Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Amman Private University.
