Muhammad Saleh Abdel-Al Al-Sammadi was born in the city of Nablus in 1893 and studied there. He then traveled to Beirut and studied in its Royal Office. He then traveled to Istanbul and entered the Faculty of Law. There he participated in the Literary Forum, became its secretary, and enlisted in the Ottoman army in During the First World War, he became an officer with the rank of second lieutenant. He witnessed the Battle of “Ana Varta” in the Dardanelles and was wounded in it. When the Arab Revolt was announced, he became one of its advocates and joined the Arab Army led by Faisal.

When Faisal’s government was established in Damascus, he was appointed as an advisor in the Ministry of Justice and then Secretary of the Ministry. Knowledge, then he was a professor at the Faculty of Law in Damascus, then he moved to Transjordan and was appointed President of the Court of First Instance, then a member of the Court of Appeal in Amman. Finally, he resigned from his job and devoted himself to law, and wrote calling for fighting the British occupation and expelling it from the Arab world. He was killed in 1933. The British occupation is behind his death.

He has plays with a national educational goal, including: the play “Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq” and the play “Omar Ibn Al-Khattab.” These two plays are considered the first to establish this (theatrical) art during the time of the Emirate of Transjordan. He had a collection of articles published in Al-Hikma magazine in 1933.
