The Palestinian young man, Ahmed Al-Awadi, from the Gaza Strip, took it upon himself to be the first in Palestine to practice the art of “fixing rocks”, to achieve his dream of reaching the international level.
This art is based on distributing weights to each other, relying on the factor of gravity to balance them, and arranging similar-shaped rocks, stacking them on top of each other so that they appear in the final form as if they are compressed.
Ahmed began his hobby by browsing social media, so he began imitating installing some rocks as he saw them. Al-Awadhi also resorted to installing some tools on top of each other, such as installing cola bottles, eggs in a certain way, small tables, and other things.
As the first young man in Palestine to practice this new art, Al-Awadhi called on the concerned and competent authorities in the Ministry of Youth and Sports to adopt the “art of rock stabilization,” support it, and provide the necessary capabilities for it.
