Abd al-Fattah Ayesh Abd al-Fattah Amr (28 August 1948 - 19 August 1996) (23 Shawwal 1367 - 5 Rabi` al-Akhir 1417) was a Jordanian Sharia judge, writer and poet. Born in Hebron , he holds a degree in Islamic law from the University of Jordan (1971). He worked as a teacher in Saudi Arabia, then as a judge in Sharia courts, then as an inspector for Sharia courts. He has collections of poetry and some judicial literature.

Biography

Abdel Fattah Ayesh Amr was born on August 28, 1948 / Shawwal 23, 1367 in Hebron , Palestine. Two years after birth, he moved to Amman with his family and lived there. He studied primary, secondary and university levels in Jordan’s schools and universities. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Islamic law from the University of Jordan in 1971, and a master’s degree in jurisprudence and legislation from the same university in 1984. He was the first student to discuss a master’s thesis in College, and the title of the thesis is the judicial differentiation in jurisprudence and law . Then he obtained a Ph . He was also the first student to discuss the thesis in the doctorate in Sharia.

He worked as a teacher in Saudi Arabia from 1971 until 1977 in the regions of Jizan, Abha and Tabuk. He left and returned to his homeland to enter the Sharia judiciary and was appointed as a judge in the Sharia courts until 1986, and rose to various judicial positions where he was appointed as a member of the Sharia Court of Appeal in Amman, then as an inspector of the Sharia courts from 1992.

He died in Amman at dawn on August 19, 1996, corresponding to Rabi` al-Akhar 5, 1417, and was buried there.
