Abd al-Rahman Ghoneim (1944-2019) is a Palestinian writer. He was born in al-Maghar and educated in Gaza. He graduated from Cairo University with a degree in economics and political science. He worked on radio and established the Al-Jalil Publishing House. He is a member of the Palestinian National Council and president of the Palestinian Writers and Journalists Union. In Syria, and a member of the Research and Studies Association of the Arab Writers Union - Syria, he died on December 19, 2019 in Damascus at the age of 73.
