The Palestinian chef, Nour Al-Batta, obtained a certificate in culinary arts accredited by the International Federation of Chefs Societies (WACS), based in the French capital, Paris.

With this award, Nour, who works as the director of the "Smile Kitchen" center for teaching culinary arts, became the first Palestinian woman from Gaza to obtain this certificate.

Nour has mastered the culinary arts professionally since 2015, to become the director of the first center for teaching culinary arts in Gaza.
