The
Palestinian writer, Jenin Fattala Diliani, won the first place in the sales of
the new releases on the Amazon website for her book “Go Without Fear”, which
was published by the “Red Penguin” publishing house in the US state of New
York. The book was published in English on the twenty-ninth of October of this
year with 320 pages summarizing the life of the writer and her overcoming the
“epilepsy” disease that accompanied her since her childhood.
Fattala-Dilani
says that the book combines the suffering from illness and the experience of
life in different Arab countries and her studies in the United States of
America before returning to her hometown of Jerusalem, the difficulties she
faced and the lessons she learned as a Palestinian woman living under Israeli
occupation.
The writer
emphasized the importance of spreading awareness about the difficulties of
coexisting with organic neurological diseases, and methods of dealing with and
overcoming them, in daily life, especially in childhood and adolescence.
Fattala-Dilani is currently active in organizing awareness campaigns and
holding lectures in this field in various parts of Palestine, starting from the
city of Jerusalem.
