Kamel Ahmed Shaalan, a Jordanian-Palestinian writer, has several published

up and education
Sanaa
Shaalan was born in the Sweileh neighborhood of Amman to a family whose origins
go back to the village of Beit Netif in the Hebron district, and she is the
first among 12 full brothers and sisters. She obtained a BA in Arabic language
and literature from Yarmouk University in 1998, a master’s degree in modern
literature from the University of Jordan in 2003, and a Ph.D. in Arabic
language from the same university (2006), with distinction, and was appointed
to the teaching staff at the University of Jordan.
