Zakaria Abdel Rahman Siam was born in the village of Lifta near Jerusalem in 1943 AD. He completed his secondary education in Jerusalem and completed his education until he obtained a doctorate from Al-Azhar University in 1974. He worked in literary research and participated in scientific symposia and international forums with various researches. He worked in university teaching and then became Dean of Queen Alia College in Amman, Jordan.
