Abdulrahim Abdulrahman Mohammad Omar, he was born in Tulkarm - Palestine, 1948.

He graduated from University of London. Worked as a teacher in Jayyous Village, after that he moved to Kuwait and then Jordan where he worked there as a Monitor for the Jordan Radio until 1965, when he was appointed as a Manager for Culture and Arts Department.
