Subhi Taha was born in Hebron in 1947, received a Licentiate in Philosophy and Psychology from Cairo University in 1968; Diploma in Education from Al-Yarmouk University; Master's degree from the Lebanese University. He works in the editorial board of (Nida' Al Watan) Magazine, researcher in the Palestinian Planning Center in Beirut.
