Rezeq was born in Al-Abbasiyya, Jaffa in 1947; graduated from the Fine Arts College, Munster, Germany in 1977.
Rezeq has held his first solo exhibit in Germany 1977, another solo exhibit in Amman 1981, 1988 and 1995.
