Ya'rub Rayyan, a Palestinian poet, was born in Al-Nusairat village in 1959. He received a Diploma in English Language from Jordan, another Diploma in Management from Cairo. Ya'rub has also obtained a Licentiate in Law from Beirut Arab University. 

He worked as a teacher for a while, he then moved to the administrative work. He currently works in Qatar. Ya'rub has published many of his poetry in the Arab countries.
