Information
Mohammad Sab’ana is a Palestinian cartoonist from the city of Jenin. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, specializing in Decor and Interior Design from An-Najah National University in Nablus.
He is renowned for his anti-occupation cartoons, which depict the struggles of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails. Sab’ana is a member of the Cartoon Movement, a global network of cartoonists, and has participated in numerous media projects, including the 360 Degrees Project.
He has authored several articles published on high-profile websites and in Arab and international newspapers. He has also lectured at the Arab American University in the Department of Media on the topic of Palestinian and Arab cartoons.
In 2010, he participated in a conference of American cartoonists in Oregon, USA, where he presented on Arab cartooning. Additionally, he took part in the World Press Freedom Exhibition in Qatar in 2012.
