Abdul Hadi Shalla is a Palestinian visual artist (born in Gaza in 1948). He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts / Department of Photography in Cairo in 1971. Until 2010, he held twenty-three solo exhibitions in many Arab and foreign countries. He also participated throughout his career (45 years of professional art) in many Arab and international art exhibitions and conferences. He has many cultural activities in writing short stories and free verse as well as drawing caricatures. He has headed the Shalla Center for the Arts, which is based in London/Ontario, Canada, since 2004. He has also been editor-in-chief of the newspaper (Al-Sarha), which has been issued by the Shalla Center for the Arts since 2004. The artist Abdul Hadi Shalla has written about art and other things.
