Lawyer Hussein Ahmed Al-Jaghoub (Abu Samir) was born in 1931.He received his primary and secondary education at An-Najah National Collegein Nablus. He pursued his university studies in Egypt, earning a law degree. He worked as a public prosecutor for the cities of Nablus and Irbid, and later as a judge in the Nablus and Jerusalem courts. He resigned from the judiciary in 1964 and, along with his colleagues Wasfi Al-Masri and Lutfi Naji Al-Zu'bi, opened a law firm on Al-Aasi Street in Nablus, his home located in the northern part of the city. In 1973, the Israeli occupation authorities deported him from the West Bank to Amman. He served as a legal advisor in the Jordanian Prime Ministry between 1974 and 1976. He spent the last thirty years of his life as a consultant and lawyer in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. He passed away in 2006 and was buried in Sahab Cemetery, east of Amman.
