Dr. Shehadeh Mustafa Shehadeh Abdo was born in Nablus on August 8, 1959, to parents from Nablus: his father, Mustafa Shehadeh Abdo, and his mother, Ni'mati Najib Mahmoud Al-Aqqad. Dr. Shehadeh received his primary, preparatory, and secondary education at Qadri Touqan Secondary School in Nablus, graduating in 1978 with a scientific specialization. He pursued his university studies at the University of Jordan, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Physics in 1982, a Master's degree in Physics in 1988, and a PhD in Natural Sciences Education in 1995.
Between 1982 and 1995, Dr. Shehadeh worked in various educational institutions in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Arab College, the National College, Terra Sancta College, the Orthodox School, and the University of Jordan.
Since 1995, he has been a professor at An-Najah National University, where he continues to hold his position.
He held numerous administrative positions at An-Najah National University, including Head of the Department of Teaching Methods four times, Head of the Department of Humanities in the Faculty of Graduate Studies, and Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Teacher Training.
Dr. Shehadeh Mustafa Abdo married Lina Abdulqader Aqel, and they had a son named Muhammad Al-Amin and two daughters named Fatima Al-Zahra and Shatha Al-Ward.
