Information
Mohammed Ali Khalidi is a Presidential Professor of Philosophy at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. His research focuses on the philosophical aspects of the Palestinian question, including refugee rights, the right to self-determination, and the ethics of war. He also works in the philosophy of science and knowledge, particularly on classification in the natural and social sciences, and the influence of language on thought. He is a member of the Institute's Board of Trustees and Chair of its Research Committee. He edited the book *Manifestations of Identity: The Lived Reality of Palestinian Refugees in Lebanon* (Institute for Palestine Studies, 2010) and has written several articles for the Arabic and English editions of the *Journal of Palestine Studies*.
