Akram Sidqi Al-Aghbar: A Palestinian professor from the city of Nablus. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas in the United States. He is regarded as the originator of the concept of educational institutes in the Gulf region, having established the first institute in Kuwait in 1962 under the name Institute of Higher Studies.
He contributed to the establishment of several other institutes, including Al-Nahda Al-Haditha Institute and Al-Athari National Institute. In addition, he participated in numerous literary events and authored poetic works. He was considered one of the representatives of the Palestinian community in Kuwait and one of its influential figures.
