Dr. Anas Abu Al-Aoun is an Associate Professor in the Department of Law at the College of Law, Jenin Campus. He is a legal scholar with expertise in civil and commercial law, particularly in banking law, contract law, and legal evidence. Dr. Abu Al-Aoun teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, including Sources of Obligation, Commercial Papers, Real Rights, Scientific Research Methods, and Advanced Studies in Civil and Commercial Law.
His research focuses on legal protections within the Palestinian legal system, especially regarding banking operations, workers’ rights, and contract enforcement. He has authored numerous academic articles and conference papers and contributed to book chapters on topics such as the legal framework of banking practices and the digitalization of financial law. Through his work, he plays a vital role in shaping legal education and contributing to legal reform and financial law development in Palestine.
