Dr. Mohammad Samaaneh is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at An-Najah National University since 2015 after obtaining his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2015 in the field of Structural Engineering.
In addition to supervising master's theses and graduation projects, Dr. Samaana teaches many courses at the master's and bachelor's levels. Examples of these courses include: Design of Steel Structures, Design of Concrete Structures, Mechanics of Materials, Statics, Special Topics in Structural Engineering, Finite Element Analysis.
Dr. Samaana has worked on several research projects in the fields of steel structures, composite structures, and the process of reinforcing and strengthening concrete structures. In addition, Dr. Samaana has provided consulting services for some local projects in the field of solar cells as a civil works consultant.
Dr. Mohammad Samaana's research interests include: metal and composite structures, strengthening of structures using carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheets, plastic behavior of structures, nonlinear analysis of structures, and strengthening of weak structures by various methods.
