Dr. Saad Zaid Tarabieh in 2011 obtained a PhD in "Wireless Network Engineering" where he joined in 2008 to study the advanced PhD program jointly between three Italian universities: "Polytechnica di Torino-Turin-Italy", "Polytechnica di Milano-Milan-Italy" and "Polytechnica di Bari-Bari-Italy" in addition to studying for a year at a specialized research center in France "Inria-Sophia Antipolis Institute-France". And a Master's degree in "Wireless Communication Systems and Their Related Technological Applications" with honors "Soma com laude" in 2007 from "Polytechnica di Torino-Turin-Italy", and he also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Computer Engineering from "An-Najah National University-Palestine" in 2005 with honors.

Since 2019 until now, Dr. Saad has been working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Communications Engineering at An-Najah National University, where he joined An-Najah University in 2011 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communications Engineering. During the period 2009-2010, he joined the research team at the Inria Institute - France within the research team "Maestro". Also in 2007, he worked at the Italian Cellular Communications Company - Turin - Italy within the "Aroma" project. Also in 2005, Dr. Saad worked as a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Communications Engineering at An-Najah National University, Palestine.

Dr. Saad is an editor and reviewer for several international journals in his field. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Society for Digital Information and Wireless Communications (SDIWC), the Euro-NF Network of Excellence, a member of the Palestinian and Jordanian Engineers Association, and a member of the Palestine Academy for Science and Technology (PALAST).

Dr. Saad's research interests are in finding the best paths for delivering information through self-configuring wireless networks, disseminating video to users via different carrier media with the best efficiency and lowest cost, designing intelligent transportation monitoring and regulation systems, and information encryption and security.

Saad Tarabieh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from An-Najah National University-Palestine in 2005 with honors, and a Master's degree in "Wireless Communication Systems and their Related Technological Applications" with honors "Soma cum laude" in 2007 from Politecnico di Torino-Turin-Italy. In 2008, he joined the advanced joint doctoral program between three Italian universities: Politecnico di Torino-Turin-Italy, Politecnico di Milano-Milan-Italy, and Politecnico di Bari-Bari-Italy, in addition to a year of study at a specialized research center in France, Inria-Sophia Antipolis Institute-France. In 2011, he obtained a PhD in "Wireless Networks Engineering."

Saad has been working since 2005 as a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Communications Engineering at An-Najah National University, Palestine. In 2007, he worked at Italia Telecommunications Company - Torino - Italy within the "Aroma" project. In 2009-2010, he joined the research team at the Inria Institute - France within the "Maestro" team.

Since 2011 until now, Saad has been working as an assistant professor in the Department of Communications Engineering at An-Najah National University.
