Abdul Nasser Muhammad Tawfiq Zaid (November 5, 1968) is a Palestinian pharmacist and university professor . He was appointed President of An-Najah National University starting September 4 , 2021.
His life
Abdul Nasser Zaid was born on November 5, 1968. He obtained his high school diploma in the science branch from Silat al-Dahr Boys Secondary School, south of Jenin , in 1987.
On June 28, 2021, the Board of Trustees of An-Najah National University announced its decision to appoint Abdel Nasser Zaid, starting from the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022, as President of the University, succeeding Dr. Maher Natsheh .
On April 1, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Supreme Council for Creativity and Excellence was formed for the third time, and President Mahmoud Abbas appointed him as a member, and he remains so.
