His Excellency Judge A. Farid Jamil Mahmoud Aql graduated from high school from Al-Fadhiliya Secondary School in Tulkarm, then he obtained a law degree from Beirut Arab University, then he worked as a practicing legal and legal lawyer since 1980, then a former member of the Arab Lawyers Committee, and he is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association. . In 2006, he was appointed president of the Court of First Instance in Hebron, Jenin and Qalqilya. In 2010, he served as President of the Court of Appeal in Ramallah, was appointed a member of the Supreme Court/Court of Cassation, served as Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council, and Vice President of the Supreme Court. In 2021, he was appointed a member of the Supreme Constitutional Court.
