Falah Saeed Jabr: A Palestinian geologist from Jaffa, he holds a doctorate in geology from the University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia. He worked at the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, then as Director General of Planning and Follow-up at the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils, from which he became Secretary General of the Arab Federation of Food Industries. He was then chosen as an advisor to the Arab League for Studies and Research, after which he worked as a temporary expert at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). He then became Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Food Industries, and from there he moved to become Managing Editor
