Ibrahim Suleiman Musa Al-Masri was born on February 11, 1980, in Yatta, a town near Hebron, Palestine. He currently resides in the city center of Yatta, Hebron. Ibrahim is married and a father of five children.
Ibrahim has a strong academic background in Psychological and Educational Counseling. He earned his Ph.D. from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo in 2009. Prior to that, he obtained his Master's degree in the same field from Al-Quds University in 2005. His academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychological and Educational Counseling from Hebron University in 2002.
Throughout his career, Ibrahim has gained extensive experience in both academic and administrative roles. He worked as an educational counselor in the Southern Hebron Directorate from 2002 until 2015. In 2015, he became a tenured professor at Hebron University, where he continues to teach. In addition to his full-time role, Ibrahim has served as a part-time lecturer at various institutions, including Al-Quds Open University from 2005 to 2014, Palestine Ahliya University College in Bethlehem from 2009 to 2015, and the Faculty of Nursing at Al-Ahli Hospital from 2009 to 2013. He also contributed to the Special Education Diploma program at Palestine Ahliya University College from 2013 to 2015.
