AbdalMenem Kharousha has dedicated his career to mathematics education, starting as a mathematical teacher at UNRWA schools in 1994 after completing his diploma in mathematics from the College of Ramallah. Eager to advance his career, he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in pure mathematics followed by a Master of Science in computerized mathematics from An Najah National University in 2007, achieving a high level of success in his master's program.
Upon completing his master's degree, Kharousha joined the mathematics department at An Najah University as a teaching assistant. During this time, he gained valuable experience teaching students of various levels and backgrounds, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to accommodating diverse learning needs. Kharousha's teaching approach emphasizes individualized support and the integration of effective teaching materials to foster student success.
Kharousha's educational journey also includes a diploma in Teaching Mathematics from the Education Science Faculty in Ramallah Men's Training Centre, where he specialized in methods of teaching mathematics. His high school education was completed at Qadri Touqan Secondary School in Palestine.
